Abdominal pain
My 11 year son is having occasional abdominal pain since 1 week. He is having no fever or vomiting. I have done his ultrasound and his report is attached herewith showing prominent mesenteric lymph nodes. What should be done? Please guide

Usually these are  because of some infections and need a proper antibiotic course

Appears to be having infective enteritis. Take a short course of gut specific antibiotic and single dose of deworming drug Albendazole
Next Steps
Get done a CBC and ESR
