Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am feeling my stomach swollen, too much gas, blackish motion discharg and as the day ends I feel chest heaviness. Enclosing my ultrasound report please suggest your valuable advice. Also done kft and LFT but in these reports everything is shown normal.

On 23rd july I have severe food poison severe green stools then I got cured after one week I'm getting normal motion but then I don't know next day after normal have hard stool on day 1 Day 2 its hard at first then it seems to be normal while passing I noticed blood very small amount Day3 its paining around the bowel movement area  then I say blood which is as thin as plastic cover and other one is solid blood but by evening I didn't experienced any pain there Day 4 that is today again  stools and blood even blood and the water came in between its paining and I'm irritated with this as this is not letting me focus on work Note : I am having lot of water my urine is white and transparent No fever no vomiting no weakness Can someone tell me what's happening n any home treatment I'm having butter milk also still no progress

Yellow coated on tounge ,weekness feeling, feel vomitting, dry mouth,  redness inside nose, and and sometimes sore thraot and pain.

Hi my sister is having excessive burping with frequency almost 5-6 per minute. She also has dark stools inspite od drinking ample water. Please suggest the cause and solution. Thanks

I don't know how to approach this problem as the reason for this problem still not clear,I feel hungry but difficulty in swallowing as there's some obstruction in between so, kindly suggest me how to cure this ineffective esophageal motility and does this problem have solution or not? Please I need help.. It's been three days, My stool doesn't pass properly. Sometimes I feel like to go to bathroom but stool doesnt come out.Yesterday I tried Ayurvedic pet saffa,I had little stool but that didn't help me too. It repeat again.   This stool problem started when i Noticed strange thing in my left lower abdominal.  I feel slight movement and a very light weight is stick in abdomen. All these happen frequently with some gap of time.  There is no pain..I'm just afarid that I have not pooped properly for 3 days and light weight sensation in my lower abdomen is worrying me more. Facing acidty and gastro problem i have fatty liver and high choleestrol too with stomach ache also what to do ?

Since 2 months he has pain in stomach, have swelling in stomach area, he is not able to eat food properly.

My lymphocytes -50, esr is 60, platelets are 48400 cmm and CRP is 4.4 with elevated lipid profile. I am taking B12 everyday once and I had pretty bad tongue sores/infection for past few weeks and it seems to be getting better. My stomach feels bloated, acidity and sometime very light pain, motions are not very regular.

I am suffering from acidity plus some kind of itching in my neck while sleeping. After eating acid reflux comes out. Please suggest what's need to done
