Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having burning sensation in stomach after eating. I burp a lot after 2-3 spoons of eating. . few times I experience loss of appetite ..  experience nausea as well ,mild giddiness is there . . I have vitamin D deficiency so I take Vitamin D supplements and fat foods such as fortified milk thick curd and few Almonds daily. I have mild left chest pain however I am not able to distinguish between heartburn or chest pain . . I feel sometimes something is stuck in my throat .  I go to toilet for poop almost 4-5 times a day , poop is in small small piglets not loose motion. What is the reason or cause of all these things???

I've been having recurring pain below my navel and lower back. The pain is like a strong pull, which clubs with a pain in back. I'm also having acidity and UTI symptoms. Recurrent peeing and burning sensation while urination sometimes.

I have stage 3 haemorroids and SRUS( solitary rectal ulcer syndrome) diagnosed by colonoscopy done in august 2019... Dey havent been painful ever but since 1 month paining alot. stabbing knife like sharp pains both during bowel movement and at rest!! Oxerute not providing much relief Plz advise what to do? And Do I need repeat colonoscopy to check for SRUS and haemorroids?? Or I shall take some natural ways to cure it or surgery? And is it okay If I break oxerute into 3 parts to consume as I cant swallow whole pill

I get lot of ear pressure especially when I eat food ...burning throat ..and feels something stuck in my throat .. consistent clearing throat mucus.. doctor diagnosed as LPR so I'm taking Magalcid MPS and pantocid-L for 3 days but when I eat toor daal my ear pressure gets worsen... Please tell how long it will take to cure my prblm..also I have pain in my lower abdomen area from a month and navel area pain from 5-6days ...

I hv chhale in tail of tounge from last 1 month. I hv taken medicine(15 days allopathy and now homeopathy) but nothing worked. Gastric is also there,motions are tight and 3-4 times a day.plz suggest something.

I noticed slight blood in my stool , second time in last 2 months and I have a skin tag or hemorrhoid just around the stool area but totally painless . The blood was light red and not mixed with stool . What can it be ?

I frequently have excessive gas and constipation. I thought it more to do with PMS. But looks like it's something else. After periods is over I still feel tired today and have gas as well. Can it be IBS. Does it require any test to be done to be sure. What's the medication/remedy for this
