I have IBS took medicines of gastroenterology but since many medicine given stop it due to diarrhea Duotentis had come in endoscopy What to do being bachelor need to take outside food Want to have max 2bowel movement Which is best way to solve ibs

My food is not digesting whenever I eat food it feels like it put it in stomach and too much gas all the time and burning sensation in stomach and chest area and in past I have an episode of psvt but my echo and ecg are ok doctor tell that this is just ok but you have to talke a medicine dilzem CD 90 life long so this is my past problem so now please suggest me any medicine or tell me what is the problem in my stomach and how do I cure it... I am having acid reflux after having food especially at night when I go to sleep. Because of this I have a sensation in my throat that something it stuck there however there sometimes pain in the jaw as well. However, I am not suffering from any swallowing problem but this reflux and feeling of something stuck in throat has made my sleep miserable. I also had an endoscopy 1 yr back and everything was normal in it. Report attached. My doctor had prescribed me Pantaprazole and Levosulpiride and Gaviscon syrup but it didn't have any good effect. He then prescribed me Nexpro L ( Esomeprazole + Levosulpiride ) along with Gaviscon but it also didn't show any good effect. I feel as if some hot substance is coming up in my mouth and throat . What should be the line of treatment in such cases ? Should I take Nexpro L twice a day or should I take it with Ranitidine or Famotidine ? Pls help🙏

Eating Guava and Banana together will cause diarrhoea? My mom facing diarrhea after eating these fruits together. Also she had Egg.
