My father is 59 years old , he has been suffering from constipation and gas problem for last 15-20days. For last 24 hours he has been feeling tiredness muscular pain and weakness. He has harrassed voice and body temperature between 97-99 and today found blood with toilet two times. Note- He never had problems related to digestion and stomach. because he regularly drinks water and eats timely and maintain proper diet. kindly suggest me some tests and medicines.

I am taking betacap tr 40 since last 25 days. But , since one week I have  been facing constipation issue. I am taking 3-4litre water regularly and exercise also.

Burning sensation in stomach and chest. Mild ulcer in mouth lips. Mild head ache. Not feeling hungry.

Can gerd can gause Gastrointestinal bleeding and if yes what are the symptoms........................

I am feeling restless after drinking a glass of water .It's creating so much gas and I'm having congestion in my chest.

My mother is facing problem with stomach and digestion need some doctor to consult. In this covid situation we are afraid of going out and no clinic is open nearby. I need guidance on whom should i consult general gynecologists or gastroenterologist. It would be great, If you can suggest any doctor. We are ready to visit clinic if require but better if anyone can consult online

Dear Gastroenterologist, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 107kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inch tall. I have been having medicine for GERD from 2019 January. Endoscopy was done in January 2019. Report is fine. I was advised to do manometry test to see whether I have motility disorder. I did not do it. For the past few months I have been having Feeling of phlegm in throat. Mouth blister or tongue ulcer. I eat Non Veg spicy food from December 19. I consulted ENT in December 19 for throat phlegm clearing. He checked with torch asked me to have PPIs. I still have phlegm feeling in throat, chest pulling or pain in chest. I have asthma, at times High BP increasing heart beat on walking climbing steps upto 170bpm. Resting heart beat is 80. I am having medicine Nexpro L on alternative days. Daily Concor 5mg. Montek AB alternative days. Daily Inzofresh 10mg for sleep. Daily cetrizen for urticaria. Please advise solution for throat phlegm feeling mouth ulcer.
