Severe gas pain
Hello doctor.2 days before i had severe stomach pain due to gas that radiated towards back and backbone.for which my gynae prescribed drotin M.i have a 1 month old baby whom im breast feeding.next night that same pain i had in chest region that eased after vomiting.i also have constipation often.
My question is after taking drotin i noticed urine colour is dark mostly orangish.even after 2 days.is this normal?

Don't get confused with irrelevant explanation by other,
Can start tablet Pan 40 mg daily before breakfast and tablet Enzoflam in case of pain....if not allergic to both..
