Hii, I am 26 year old but i m suffering from loss of appetite,all test has been done..like lft,cbc,kft,ct scan, endoscopy nothing came out...i want to gain my weight as well i m 45 kg.so kindly advise to increase my appetite... Thanks

Respected sir and mam last year my weight is 110 kg my height is 6 feet  and my sgot is 282 and sgpt is 172 i eat many oily stuff and I done my ultrasound of a whole abdomen it mention I have a minor faty liver non alcoholic grade 1 and also done my fibroscan it say it is a minor faty liver non alcoholic grade 1 and also done all test hepatitis b test and hepatitis c anti agen all test it all normal now sir after eating boil food and doing brisk walking and doing exercise I lost my weight now I'm 73 kg I done my lft test My sgot is 38 Sgpt is 44 Total bilburin is 1. 2 Bilburin direct is 0.7 Bilburin indirect is. 0.5 Alkaline phosphate is 115 In present Im. Only taking a boil food with Litle salt and no oil and some time im only taking a jaggery tea and green tea every day in night i walk 2 kilomiter Now I'm not taking any medicine only taking a amlycure ds syrup is it ok

I m having the problem of gastritis since Jan 2020. In March I underwent endoscopy of upper GI which was found to be normal So i was prescribed ganaton total for the same.i took ganaton total for three months and I was relieved with it but when I stopped it, problem resurfaced. Right now taking sompraz d 40 bt not tht relief is thr. Cn i continue ganaton total and for how long? Is there any side effects?

Are there any tlnon surgical treatments for asymptomatic gallstones. Also, there is one small CBD stones that shows no symptoms.

My father is unable to digest food from last 4 days. Even light food like khichdi is not being digested well. He is taking emseet 4 before meals even that's not helping. Ultrasound report is clear only fatty liver is there. No medication is working. Please help.

I am having a bulge in anus after defecation if i do not voluntarily pull back my muscles. There is no need of pressing by hand. Frequently i have discharge from anus. And i have a long history of straining due to constipation and on 29 jan 2020 i had blood in stool which got treated successfully by homoeopathy and also i was prescribed aesculus ointment for applying inside anus but i noticed prolapse today only. Whenever i use ointment the discharge ends and feel better also. I have fecal incontinence also very frequently. I am not straining regularly but yes sometimes i strain a little for fecal incontinence. Is there anything i need to worry about or will it be self treated with some care? I do kegels also sometimes and also i feel difficulty urinating as it feels like something will leak from anus if i urinate.
