From past few days I am feeling heaviness in stomach post bowl bowel movements. Not interested to take lunch but taking. But stomach is bit heavy.2 months ago I have taken Dolo 650 after 3 hrs post dinner. Then at that time felt discomfort. Earlier Papaya was beneficial to me for smooth bowl movements but now it makes bowl more hard.only morning to pre bowl period I m feeling normal. After that heaviness especially post bowl

Actually I am suffering from gastrointestinal amoboesis for last couple of years & its getting worse when I take dairy products or wheat products..There have mucus in stool..Last week I took Dompan,Zanocin oz,befilac & No worm, medicine but still I don't feel fit..And my appetite is also become low as I don't feel hungry & I feel weak ,also..Please suggest some medicine for me

I attached CT scan report. My doctor given same treatment this time like my previous pulmonologist but recent Doc prescribe only Rcinex, Pyzina and moximac.
