Stomach Problems & Remedies

Prior to and after my surgery ( in January 2019), I've been of and on multiple NSAIDs for pain management. I did not have any acidity issues in the beginning, but I've been experiencing severe acidity over the last 6 months. Of note is that I've started acupuncture in conjunction with seed, magnet, and color therapy with some benefit in pain management. Heartburn, in particular, over the last two weeks has been severe to moderate and sometimes precludes me or makes me wait for a meal. I am also experiencing occassional abdominal pain that is mild over the last two days. I'm currently taking pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day with some benefit along with other medicines as mentioned before for my spine problems.

Acidity and heartburn every night. Had Aciloc RD, Rantac and Digene Syrup but still no effect. Taking Aciloc RD daily twice a day before meal and Digene syrup post meal in the night. Still no effect. What should we do? Patient had Gastroenteritis last year and completed the course. But it's happening again. It's severe acidity. Also had soda water but no effect.

He is 9 yrs old. Stomach pain ab.out a month now. Constipation. Hard stool. Headache. Gas. Fainting.All reports are normal. Still paining. After meal it's paining more. Stool is inside. Stomach is not cleaning properly.Feeling like fainting(chakkar).

Hi, I have been having blood in my stool for the past 3 days. I have been experiencing discomfort while passing a stool but seemed a bit better today. Should I do any tests or take any medication or will this go away on its own? I have also been experiencing pain in my stomach. Please let me know the way forward.

For my brother, Endoscopic Banding was done 3 years ago as he had Esophagus varices. So I'm just curious how long does this elastic band lasts. And do we need to replace it or it desolves as time goes on.

My aunt is suffering from ascetic fluid disease a water getting filled in her stomach and swelling in legs from past 9 months. Albumin 4 times injection were also given. she does continuous blood vomit and not taking solid food. only juice is taking once in day. please advice as her health is very critical. Sapna is undergoing treatment at princess Asra hospital charminar & Dr hussain said at beginning days that she has tuberculosis and it will remain for few months liquid will fill in stomach and should be removed through injection. After months passed sapna health became critical now she beame very sick and lean not taking food and doing continues vomit. Now recently Dr said TB is now cleared but still her stomach is getting filled with water every 15 days. Dr says TB might have entered in kidney Or there must me gaat near uterus. We took many report still no clarity on disease and my aunt health getting critical day by day. Dear doctor I look forward your suggestion & advice.

I m suffering from ibs..in which diarrhoea comes out after 3 days or loose stools with mucous 2&3 times per day. Indigestion also. I m taking gluten free diet. Please prescribe medicine.

Does acid reflux cause upper back pain .. I have an issue when i eat food it feel stuck nd it pain in upper back .. I burp and sometime i cannot sit as it start back pain btwn shoulders ..

Hello Doctor My daughter is currently living in Canada. A few days back she starting having bloody stools followed by stomach ache and diarrhoea. Later she was diagnosed Ulcerative Collitis after a CT Scan and stool test was done. She was prescribed Pentasa 1gm (Mesalazine) twice a day. But there was no improvement even after a week. So doctor changed the medicine and prescribed Cortiment 9mg once a day for 8 weeks. She is still not having any relief after 3 days on this medicine 1) My question is that as Cortiment is a steroid, so is it safe to take it for long time?? 2) What is the reason for this disease, there is no family history for the same. 3) How much time does it take to cure this disease? 4) Does this medicine has some side effects? Sorry for asking so many questions and thanks in advance.

I am suffering from heavy constipation (specially the first) since quite a few months. I am taking heavy laxatives cremaffin evict herbolax but all of them of no use. I have consulted a doctor he told me about some valve in anus which is not functioning properly basically it closes when it has to open. Biofeed was consulted to me but due to lockdown it is hampered. Please guide me what can i do next because as of now i dont wish to visit any hospitals. How can i pass stools easily
