Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have had difficulty to pass stool from about 3 days now. However it does not seem like constipation for even though the stool needs effort to pass it's not hard, rather in chunks and musshy not liquid. Today I noticed streaks of dark red on the outer sides of them. Like very few streaks and had to be noticed very carefully. Earlier yesterday I had seen brownish spots on them as well. I have no pain/ bloating or vomiting. Haven't consumed any beetroots. Though I did have a raw tomato yesterday. Is this. cause of major concern?

Please suggest medicine for my problem for long back i have this issue, i usually go to bathroom once in 2 days, some time it is 3 to 4 days also.

Pain while excretion. stool is hard.burning sensation while excretion.some time blood comes out while excretion.

I have been having white foamy vomit from past three to four days. Due to this I have lost my appetite and whenever I try to eat or even drink after few hours I vomit. Especially even if I do not ear and just intake water even in that case I have clear vomit. What is the solution?

I have a urine infection for ESCHerichia coli and antibiotic is sensitive for all. CT KUBshows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole. Doc did CT to check for stone i had one in past which is gone. Is thus CYST need surgery?

I get pain in anus more likely at the mouth of the anus when I pass out my first bowel and after that  then there is no pain .there is no blood also .when I apply water from jet my anus hurts sometimes . otherwise there is no pain .the pain is only there when I pass my first bowel. I m 29 year old...i have gas problem in stomach too much gas problm...some time pain in chest or back..difficulty breathing....whatever eat gas will produce automatically...i have done endoscopy all is normal..can someone suggest me how can i come out of this..
