Stomach Problems & Remedies

In the morning, I feel like vomiting and uneasy. My mouth becomes sour and I am unable to eat anything the whole day. I always feel dizziness and too weak.

Hello My father has been passing green colored stools for the past three weeks. Its loose motion. He is bedridden, unconscious. We tried econorm, metrogyl but no effect. He is on Ryles tube feeding, tracheostomy patient. We changed the feed from Fresubin DM to Nephro hp since August8. Let me know how to proceed. We have home care nurses. All the medical documents have been attached in the app.Now he has been taking Sporlac DS tablet.

I am suffering from incomplete evacuation syndrome (ibs) for last 2 years and  i started my treatment 2 weeks ago and i didn't see any improvement in my health. I have to pass stool thrice a day and do not satisfy after it. I concern my doctor and he tested some tests like sigmoidoscopy , blood test and liver test . In these test i found suffering from liver problem and small hemorrohids . But now my liver is normal after taking medicine. But there is no improvement in my stool pass problem (ibs) . Also before going to doctor i have no pain in rectum but now after taking medicine i have  very little pain in my rectum at random days . It could be from Medicine high dose . Please advise some suggestions.

I m a regular drinker my lft shows sgpt 48,sgot 46,bilrublin total1.2 My stomach is upset like ibs mild pain in abdomen all time since 6 days. Plz give m suggest ion

From past 2 months continuous observations of redness or max 5ml of blood in stool regularly. We changed his diet to veg and curd rice and high fruits and fibre also. Local doctors tried some medicine too. No other symptoms of pain or fissures or digestion problems. No weight loss also. Is there any serious problem or miNor . How to get control of thAt. Please guide us for further necessary treatment.

These below symptoms are there since a month Nausea whole day Feel hungry but full with little sevings Feeling heavy  after eating Feels better while eating Heaviness or something stuck in chest Unable to sleep due to heaviness and feel something coming to the mouth,bitter taste and burning sensation in the chest and stomach when wake up. .Feel slightly better after a burp or after drinking water. Below symptoms are there but not always there 1. flatulence with bad smell. 2. noise in the stomach 3.sour feeling after food 4.constipation

Hello doc... Past 3 weeks I am suffering from bloating and gas ...I have constipation problem also. It started after I had midnight snacks. I took Pan D for 5 days...but it didn't cured completely. Please suggest me treatment.
