I had upset stomach now I got constipation with farts and burps and if I take laxative then it become diarrhoea and again constipation.drinking 1litre water a day and did whole abdomen ultrasound nothing has come in reports what should I do and sometime if I feel pressure but it goes and urine is white

Hello sir, Iam consuming since April up-to July omeprazole and antiacid for gerd now I don't have any acid reflux chest pain but yes little bit flatulence is there and 3 July I left medicine to take thinking its not good to take ppis and antacid for longer periods please let me know how much time I can consume this medication now Iam having stomach cramps and little flatulence in this condition what can I do?
