I had kinda infection someone told me to apply garlic paste that burned my anus and around anus badly it hurts badly now I have pain around anus. on burnt area there a pimple occurred it bleed and it hurting looking like a pimple on face I don't know what to do? also that burned skin turned white and red. It really hurts please help😭

I had been tested for "HBS Ag" and found positive. Then I was tested for "HBV load" and my detection level is "1.3×10^3 IU/ml" and my doctor said that you don't need any medication. Now Whether I have "Acute" hepatitis B or the "Chronic" one? Should I consult another doctor..??
