I have been losing weight off late not that I was not under weight before but it seems there is some internal issue

I am obese and having pcos . Sometimes I get pinning like pain in my upper and lower abdomen which lasts for few seconds and goes off. It's.bit painfull but goes off in few seconds.i experience it rarely not frequently.and i also get acidity often.please tell what is the pinning pain  due to and is it cancer??

Before lockdown I have problem of acidity but recently I am ok but last 7_8 days my stomach is not getting clear and also burping what is problem suggest any medicine.

Dear Doctor, I have gastric problem the gas come out to the mouth frequently so I get very difficult for these reason I have consult some medicine doctor to solve this matter they have give some medicine to releif from gas after taking their medicine I get releif sometime after that the gastric problem started againa so now I am getting very problem as you know the present situation of pandemic cannot go out to the hospital to look OPD still now I am taking some medicine like Pan D , ulgel and colospa x but from this medicine I cannot get  releif my gastric so what should I do please tell me Doctor.

I hve diagnosed with gerd grade A Esophagitis 2 months ago.. Since then t m taking homeopathy treatment nd it helped me to some extent.. But m not fully cured... So m thinking about taking magnesium as m suffering in getting proper sleep cause i get very uncomfortable when I lay down.. ... So should I take magnesium supplement to help my recovery?

I am having mild pain on my lower right side abdomen. Sometimes it cause sharp pain in that area . Is it appendix

A small swelling in my anus walls able to feel it after passing stool. No pain only itches sometimes.

Hello doctors, I am facing severe gastric issues since past 3-4 weeks. Irregular bowel movement since 1.5 months. I have been suggested below medicines for 6 weeks: 1. Zosa L Capsule - once every morning before breakfast. 2. Ribsyn - twice a day before lunch and dinner. 3. Emty (lactulose) 30ml before bed. I have attached my whole abdomen USG report . Kindly suggest. Thanks!
