I have a stomach ulcer since 2 years.. It recovers and comes back after some time. Is there any permanent cure of it.. Is there any more harm if it comes back, can it become cancer???

H pylori testing can be fruitful. You need medication after that. Cancer develops in neglected cases only and in chronic. Go for h pylori testing and treatment 1st.
