Hi my son is finding it very difficult during bowel movement.. Stools are very hard. Today slight blood also came. Pls suggest.

Give him good amount of pure ghee and butter 2-3 table spoon. May give him lactulose 5 ml 2 times daily. Train for fixed schedule toilet training.
