I have pain while passing stool from last one month yesterday my doctor suggest me sitcom tablet 14 days course  sumth creM and lox jelly 2% I am using xylcoine 2% . It is good treatment or 8 have to consult doctor again

I am suffering from belching every 20 seconds,farts,excessive bloating ,toilet 3to4 times a day.from last 10 months my 1st doctor give me 22 days rifaximin,18 days esomeprazol ,15 days acotiamide but no results,then I change my doctor new dr prescribed stool routine,cbc,thyroid,vb12 tests .blood tests are normal stool test findings are color-golden brown,ph - acidic ,cyst of entamoeba histolytica , temperature- 97.4 ,no ova ,no bacterial content, after seeing report dr again give me rifaximin 400 mg for 18 days ,after 4 days no relief but more bloating please suggest me which disease I have and any other medication ,or please tell me is entamoeba histolytica is the reason for my gas or not

I have acid reflux problem I was diagnosed with Laryngopharyngeal reflux ( LPR) in 2012 After that I had acid reflux regularly after over eating From last 2 month I see steaks of blood in my saliva when I wake up It’s only early morning and my throat is dry when I wake up Blood doesn’t show up whole day And sometimes I see notice coffee colour saliva when I wake up Sometimes blood don’t show up from 2 days then again it starts with same problem I don’t have any heart burn No chest pain No stomach pain Stool is fine no change No weight loss

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from nausea for last 6months. In march i had a major periods problem and for 3months i had periods every 14days. Since then i have this indigestion and nausea problem. I went to doctor and she gave me medicine for hormonal imbalance. The period is normal now but the indigestion problem is still there. Everytime i feel nauseate before and after meal and sometimes everytime. In morning i don't feel hungry. Instead of i burp a lot in the morning even after drinking water. But that's not the scenario of everyday. Someday i feel really hungry and eat normally. In that days i don't feel nauseate. But when i have this problem even after having clear stool i don't feel hungry. Also sometimes my stool is not clear and it consists of mucus and i feel pain in my intenstine area. Not a sharp pain. Sometimes i can't even sleep at night for the discomfort in my belly. I am still taking my hormonal medicine and i have external piles problem. what's wrong with me?

I have controlled diabetes for the last 20 years. Around 8 years back I started experiencing Parkinson's symptoms which was diagnosed in 2015 and I started medicating for that too. Due to this illness I have been experiencing stiffness in my body which had not been painful on onset till March this year. From this year March onwards, I have begun experiencing severely high levels of gas in my guts. In this same time, I am also experiencing severe rigidity and acute pain due to that in skull, neck, chest and calf muscles. Overall everyday, I am experiencing severe discomfort due to gas and pains.
