Little Blood in saliva early morning
I have acid reflux problem
I was diagnosed with Laryngopharyngeal reflux ( LPR) in 2012
After that I had acid reflux regularly after over eating
From last 2 month I see steaks of blood in my saliva when I wake up
It’s only early morning and my throat is dry when I wake up
Blood doesn’t show up whole day
And sometimes I see notice coffee colour saliva when I wake up
Sometimes blood don’t show up from 2 days then again it starts with same problem
I don’t have any heart burn
No chest pain
No stomach pain
Stool is fine no changes
No weight loss
I have been to ENT nothing found
Chest extract was done nothing in that too
I m confused what could be the reason
