Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor, I am Ankana and I have problem related my stomach. It is my habit to drink 1 glass of water after waking up every morning. But for few days whenever i drink water in empty stomach in the morning i feel like my stomach expands and after that i feel irritation in my belly. After that whatever i eat i feel nauseauos and don't feel hungry. As well as i feel like my food is not properly digested. Should i not drink water at empty stomach??is it a serious problem?

After stool. I am having light blood after  stool. This was happening since last 1 year irregular but since last 1 week it is regular. I am having headache as well. Also I have to go washroom atleast 4-5 times a day. Is it a sign of corona?
