Im suffering from fissure. Doctor gave me lactulose. Syrup but it doesnt work after 5 days doctor change it with cremaffin i take it 40 ml after dinner but it still doesnt work. Rectal bleeding persist. Kindly give some advice on it

I am facing constipation problem since 1 year. I am taking ayurvedic tablet, Himej powder and isabgul alternative and it was helpful but since last 1.5 month it is not helping  I have started piles problem due to constipation. Please advice what should I do and to which specialist I can consult.

Hi sir/maidam, I was on predmet16 mg twice a day for 14 days,my doctor prescribed me for pain in right ribs.but after that there is no relief from it.so doctor told me to stopped it.but i m feeling pain in chest and also constipation..and told to my doctor but he didn't reply related to this and just said stopped this medicine, Kindly advise what to do...is there any side effects happened from it to me!
