Hello Doctor, Routine checkup my usg report its mention fatty liver. Previously till march I have take alcohol daily but after march i have stopped it. I have acid reflux burping and gas problem. It necessary to take hepatitis A and B vaccine for fatty liver. Now i am daily exercise daily and walk 10 km daily. Please find attached report. Thanks

I have loose motion three months ago for 5 days. After that stomach pain continue. My doctor prescribed medicine and I have done USG ABDOMEN. Blood tests like LFT, SUGAR, TSH, CBC. Everything came normal. Only Total bilirubin came 2.0. Doctor says it's normal. Then as stomach upset continues I have done endoscopy. Endoscopy and h pylori test also came normal. Still I am facing stomach upset and sometimes bad bowel. Also don't urge to eat. Kindly suggest what to do.

Why only head is only warm or feverish while body is normal. Can we take paracetamol for this when experienced

Hi I m felling pain for last 1 year down the right side near liver area and end of the ribs while touching,i hve done cect whole abdomen and endoscopy,but all things comes normal,in cect show liver enlarged 161.7.My GP told me it's normal gave me some medicine like pantocid 80,and pregabalin 75,but i didn't get relif, Kindly advise for the same! No proper digestion. Getting acidity. Could hear bowel sounds. Motion is not daily. Getting lot of burbs Noticed blood and mucus in the motion Smelly also.

Stomach ache since last 2 days. Pain is continuous.  Trouble passing motion - hard and sticky stool, which is generally not the case. Feeling of unclear bowls and need to go. Pain stops if able to pass, but resumes. Pains if tries to walk, on sleeping its bit better. Drinking enough water and diet contains fruits and vegetables. No spicy food. Have been doing some basic yoga as well. Had mucane gel, acilok rd, unionzym, colimex, creamalax. But no relief, pls help.
