HIGH ESR, Platelets, CRP
My lymphocytes -50, esr is 60, platelets are 48400 cmm and CRP is 4.4 with elevated lipid profile. I am taking B12 everyday once and I had pretty bad tongue sores/infection for past few weeks and it seems to be getting better. My stomach feels bloated, acidity and sometime very light pain, motions are not very regular.

It looka like some systemic illness if you have fever also first get tested for covid.
Next Steps
take bland food.  Pantocid 40mg before breakfast will help
