First of all please stop inducing vomiting using toothbrush.  doing this over long term with loosen your lower esophageal sphincter and problem with become rather chronic . U may feel better now but long term effects r much worse . Next few lifestyle changes and medication will help. Lifestyle changes r to be followed long term These include: Eat small frequent meals every 4 hrs dont increase gap between meals for more than 6 hrs donot lie down immediately after meal . wait atleast 1 hr . (sit upright or walk around ) Avoid water during meals , preferably take water in between meals, Avoid excess tea coffee carbonated drinks fried food chillies and spicy food Do regular exercise for 30 mins every day Avoid Stress .Do yoga/meditation.  take proper sleep Drink plenty of liquids approx 2 to 3 liters per day in between meals rather than during meals

[ ] Hi as symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. Need to follow some lifestyle changes. Take food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as needed . Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep stomach 1/4 th empty.Divide meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which is being observed to cause bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. A good acid blocker like Pan 40mg daily can be taken to check excess acid production.Feel free to ask any further quary related to this problem.
