Indigestion
I am suffering from acidity and gas which is coming from stomach to upward but not able to burp. Due to this type of gas i am getting discomfort in left chest and also little breathlessness.
I have tested ecg,echo and Holter,thyroid,LFT etc. All test results is normal.
I don't eat spicy food.
How to Cure this problem permanently.

Acidity gas etc are usually due to GASTRITIS. If antacids are not helping other medicines options are available for its treatment depending on various factors.
Other causes like intestinal cause of your symptoms need to be ruled out
