FATTY LIVER with mild elevations in liver enzymes is very common. These happen because of poor diet and lifestyle. Plant based low fat, low sugar diet, avoid animal source foods, Excercises, morning or evening walk are essential. Avoid use of medicines unless enzyme levels increase further significantly.
