My daughter developed this white patch recent days and it didn't go away. Is this something serious?

I have been diagnosed with scabies on 2nd Jan, it was on both the breast area, used 5% permethrin cream neck to toe 3 times, every week apart as instructed by my doctor, because I am a breastfeed mother. Now since 3-4 days I am getting itchiness on my right stomach, it's itchy for the entire day, not very intense though. Not sure if I got reinfected by scabies or is it something else.. if it's scabies what can be done.. please prescribe. I am attaching the photos for a better visibility.

The above 2 tablets gave by my dermatologist so can you please help me out what it is for and uses of it and whether it is good one

In last 6 months my IGE levels moved from 1200 to 2600. I am seeing doctors and taking medicine but levels are not coming down. Bilastine 20 and Montelukast 10mg have been prescribed and I have taken them for 6 months. Still my levels are high. I have no other symptoms except sometime after taking food, Mosquito bite rashes appear on my body.

Since 5 years suffering with ringworm on buttocks visited 3 doctors used fluconazole150mg, itraconazole 200mg, borit sb 130mg, now using terbinafine 250mg still I'm not getting cured plz give me solution is there permanent cure for this
