Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I've gone with my regular curriculum and diet but suddenly, I noticed red bumps all over my face and it has been one day now. There were not many symptoms in the beginning so I gave it few hours to recover but it's staring to mildly itch now. I do not have any allergy as of now and have not introduced any new cosmetics to my routine. Kindly, assist me with this situation as I am already suffering from Melasma and don't want anymore scars. I got a nose piercing with a gold ring in March, initially there was a little pain but then I got a bump. It doesn't hurt and feels tender when touched. Hi, I am having red painful bumps on inner thighs from last 2 months. My local doctor gave me Asidrem-OC cream. It heals when I apply but this red allergy come again very soon in 2-3 days. Dear Doctor i was having treatment for my face scars. I had a light mole very light near my nose which asked my doctor to remove if possible but during my last session he said that there was Black head and it is removed although my mole was there not removed. After 2-3 days it started to bleed now the scar is more visible its been more black and large . Mole wasn't visible before was very light. But now i m not liking the appearance.
