Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have been prescribed Olesoft light gel in the morning and episoft moisturizer at night for my acne prone skin by the doctor but my skin feels a lot greasy after applying it. Episoft cause mild bearable itching ( not sure as I use adapalene for acne maintenance). I need a recommendation on replacing my moisturizer for acne prone skin which doesn't feels greasy at all. Please suggest some other moisturizer for night routine. In past I had also used Acmist moisturizer but that too caused mild irritation.

Im having frequent itching in the foreskin and white creamy kind of substances inside with slight bad odur.

What would be it a bump on scrotum and how to treat it? How to treat this? Is there any medicine for this?

Have black spots like hyperpigmentation on the face, puffed undereyes and dark lips and around the lips are dark as well. Should i use glycolic acid two times a day? Is the dark spots because of liver issue and is puffed eyes because of high cortisol?
