Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been more than two months i have itching all over my body first it looks like mosquito bite on skin than itching starts after few hours it goes It happens all over my body I have consulted doctor he gave me bilastine 20 mg He said its urticaria I took it for 15-20 days after taking 3-4 days its reducing thn i stoped taking i felt now its over but again its happening same I have done my cbc report its normal Is it concerning or should i continue with bilastine 20 mg or what should i do? Is it only urticaria or allergic or something else Thank you

Hi, I have been dealing with this for more than 5 months. It started as ingrown nail which was very painful and i tried to lift the nail with small thread etc and was successful sometimes then when that stopped my nail started to turn black but it doesnt pain at all.
