Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got the same dark knuckles last year which did not hurt much, it went away on its own on moisturizing I guess. This year, again I got the same darkening but it seems to hurt like there have been cuts while washing my hands.

Dry and hard patches on my both hand since 6 months..sometimes without any treatment it becomes lighter than now..suddenly came out

My whole body is 1 or 2 shade lighter than my face it appears yellowish whereas my body is kind of pink white tone it looks horrible please suggest me what to do even I do skincare nothing happens it's just look yellow and I have lot of pigmentation as I was born I was very fair but my colour got down as I was very much under the sun and please suggest me best sunscreens

I am suffering from this skin spreading all over my body like legs, thighs, hands, lower abdomen and back as well.. Can you suggest a good doctor or medicine?

I am having these white stains on my nails since 4-5 months. It started with one nail and now has moved to almost all of them. The nails are even getting dry in these areas and flaking. I showed a dermat earlier and he suggested to take zincovit and a cream to apply on name (ciclopirox 1%) It was a bit helpful but now again it has started getting white. Hello Doctor My wife 29 years old, on of sudden she started white patch on hand, stomach & arms, so that we rushed to hospital they initially suggest us to go for skin biopsy, we done it and it's shows nothing serious and no vitiligo as well.
