Is this thing vitiligo ?? I saw it there on my cheek ?? I am not able to underatand please say is it vitiligo ???

If you see my attached photo. I don't know what they are called. They look like pimples. But they are not so. They are existing from last few years now. Not painful usually. But itchy some times. Just like pimple itch. But it cannot be popped. It is sturdy. what is this? Is there any cure?

I have a bump on my face which was formed several years ago it does not show any improvement or reduction I have tried several products now currently I am using minoz as morning cream and deriva cms as night gel even this is not showing any improvement the bump does not give any pain it's just present sometimes it's itching I need products recommendation for this problem like facewash, morning cream,night cream I don't know what is the reason for this bump formation

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I have a red patch behind my knee (both knee, where one is a bit more severe) that is red amd very dry (skin feels like stretched or pulled) and itching as well (a desire to scratch it). It is also burning after itching or sometimes even when touched or when water is  applied on it. Relieved when something cold is applied on it. For the time being it is localized and seems to be spreading. Currently I have 2 creams that had been Prescribed to me for a similar issue in the past -1. Momate 2. Fultivate. Can I use anyone of them on this rash or please guide me what could be applied on them Kindly suggest, I will be greatly thankful. Photo attached.

Dandruff scalp itching redness flakiness pain hair fall scalp visible trying so many anti dandruff shampoo but it's worsen

I have had perioral dermatitis for the past 3 months and was prescribed desonide gel. I used it for 2 months and had flare ups when I stopped using it for a day or two, which made me continue using it .As soon as I found out it was a steroid, I stopped using it and had the worst flare up. I started using azelaic acid cream in the meantime and went to another doctor. She prescribed me flutibact ointment for 2 days a week and zimba lotion for remaining 5 days. But the ointment also contains steroids and Iam scared it will worsen the condition or cause another flare up. I did message the doctor about it but she told me to follow through the prescription. What should I do in this case?

After a lot of past sun exposure, my face has become sensitive. I am not using any medical creams currently. There is no pain or itching, only tanning.
