Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My 2-year-old baby has had very dry skin since she was around 9 months old. We consulted doctors and applied lotions, which initially improved the condition, but the dryness keeps coming back, and she frequently scratches. We have visited multiple doctors, including a dermatologist, and have tried various lotions such as Dermadew, Venusia, Cetaphil moisturizer, and Cetaphil cleanser. While these provide temporary relief, the dryness always returns. Is there a permanent solution for this, or can you recommend any other good lotion that might help?

Can I use Kojic acid and vitamin c cream to remove or lighten cut marks? Or is there any other medicine that I can use. The scar is one year old.

For the past three months I have been getting pimples ( with or without pustules ) especially in my jawline. They are thick, itchy and if they pop out at times I get pus and blood. I have a history of acne and pimples in my teens which got fully subsided over few years leaving just scars and open pores now. But this jawline acne is new and persistent. Its itchy and painful.
