Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 32 Male,  have been suffering from skin allergy on right hand fingers since 3 years. Every time any cream is applied, it gets cured and afterwards reoccur. Have consulted multiple doctors , everyone suggests for antibiotics which is effective as well but after some time it reoccurs. Also my cravings for sugar is increasing but while blood tests are normal. How to get it treated permanently and Is this a symptom for any other disease???

Its been 7-8 yrs that im having KP on my arms.. I tried all online product that are available in market but nothing works on me.. even its increase day by day more.. can you please suggest me some good product that can work on me

Actually my derma suggest me tretinoin 0.25% for my syringoma nd after uses this cream my eyes become red, flaky nd itching issue..what should I do for avoid redness...??

I’ve been monitoring a skin lesion that started as a small bump a few days ago. Initially, it was red, but over time, a greyish dry area has expanded within the biggest . The pain is minimal to none—only noticeable when walking, but not when sitting or resting. It's on my back shin and non itchy.
