Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've been using the Ketoconazole Shampoo (Keraglo AD) for a few months now. Whole my dandruff was back in control, I started noticing a few bumps on the back of the head on my scalp that were painful to touch. However, since they weren't severe, I continued using the shampoo. Now since I've reduced the Frequency of application as directed by the dermat, my dandruff is back and the bumps are larger, more in number, painful to touch. I have also been using Topisal 6% but not as frequently as asked since I used to feel a burning sensation on application. Is there any other substitute for the shampoo or any other substance I should use for the acne?

I get red rashes along with itching and mild pain...for which I take citrazine.. Is there any permanent cure for this .? Any ayurvedic medicine or allopathy?

📌There are red patches on scalp skin which are inflamed📌and my head scalp forms a greasy creamy white layer and with long hairs,it forms thicker dandruff like flakes whuch itches too much sometimes📌also ive seen some small red patches on beard skin after shaving and flakes too with grown beard📌also some flaky/greasy particles in backside edge of ear skin📌i dont really remember when it started but i remember that i was using black hair colour dye while this patches were present (now ive stopped using hair color for like a year)📌also this has led to severe hairfall especially during peak itching times when daily my comb used to be half-full of hairs after itching or combing📌also ive noticed that this itching and scalp increases as i take more stress like e.g during exam time📌I am suffering from this disease for over 3 years now with having medication for last 2 yrs from 3 diff doctors with no results📌my diet has been poor for last 3 yrs📌i need to recover from this😭
