Father aged 77 years underwent cervical surgery 2 months back has developed bedsore. We are doing mapilex AG dressing every alternate day but the progress is not much. He is not able to change position as his limb power is lost. Please suggest if there is any other medication available for faster healing.

I have had itching in my labia for the last 3-4 months which is continuous. I have visited gyne thinking it's a bacterial or fungal infection . She gave me a good amount of antibiotics. So i am using Kera XL hair growth serum at morning. Only at affected area near temple and crown. At night i use Pylodil F, one spray and use at temple and at my crown. I have been using this since a month now. Today I observee that my semen is watery, the volume is more but it is watery. I have read about the side effects of finasteride and now m worried. What should I do? Shall I stop it? I am scared now.
