My daughter is suffering from molluscum contagiosum on her face, and the lesions are spreading rapidly. We’ve tried TCA paint, T-rataonie, and Thuja with limited improvement. While some lesions have burst, most remain intact and have become redder following the TCA application. Hello , i have been taking isotertoin for 10 days and it causing me under the skin inflammation acne which is painfull

Due to symptoms at night time like itching in my private areas, it shows red and colour also changed and under scrotum skin is peeling due to this very inflammation, I have searched in the internet based on my symptoms and found its scabies many health related websites recommended permithrin cream and enquire about medical outlets they also recommended same, after apply  it's looks ok but due to peeling skin under scrotum it's very inflammation. How to fix this issue? Which Doctor I have to meet like a dermatologist, urologist or something.
