Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was diagnosed with a fungal infection 1.5 months ago and I was advised to take itroconazole 200mg for the first month and continue taking itroconazole 100mg orally for the next two month. I have completed 1.5 months of medication but the itch and the infection is not going away. I take care of my hygiene quite well by washing my clothes with warm water as well. Do I need another diagnosis or is it just taking time?

I have dandruff stuck on my eye lashes which makes my eyes very heavy and hard to open. I had this issue 8-10 years ago and then it was fine but now again this has started what should I do?

Hello, I am 36 years old old male. A teetotaler and a vegetarian. I have a permanent under eye bag. In that my right eye has a bigger bulge than the left. I have tried all types of under eye creams which are available across the counter. Saw no difference. I am not diabetic not have any other health issues. This problem started  8 or 9 years ago where I had a severe throat infection and did the wrong home remedy resulting in all my glands getting swollen. Post recovery swollen glands subsided except my eye bags. In that my left hand had minimal bulge compared to my right. It would be helpful if there is a non surgical treatment .

HELLO RESPECTED DOCTORS i was playing and fall down in childhood and got this scar on forehead at 10 yrs old.... 5 years back I undergone SCAR RESURFACING procedure...they cut my big scar and stitched together into small scar and they suggested CONTRATUBEX gell... i used contratubex gell for long time but not seen any improvement so stopped it, i want it to fade away, this scar is making me inconfident, everyone looking my scar and making fun... I'm 25 years old now with no problems... can you please suggest any gells or ointiments or creamess to reduce my Scar ?? thanks advance pics are attached...

There has formed a plastic-like layer on my penis from tip to below foreskin as well. This is causing irritation since a day. When I was taking bath, I saw some of that layer peeling off but all of it is still present and not going away. This is causing irritated feeling and pain and discomfort while peeing.

2 months back after wear kumkum on the fore head a black spot has appeared, though moisturiser due to winter was applied it started spreading throughout. Now it is the size of a 10₹ coin.
