My hair is undergoing complete devastated situation after a parlour heat damaged my hair multiple times I had a straight hair now because of extreme heat damage its become thin, and entire root has changed the shape of strands have become curly for the level of heat damage been taking biotin supplements and lot of other treatment what would work best to get the hair back to normal

My Derma prescribed ketoconazole cream once a day , at night for Seborrheic dermatitis but she didn't tell me if: 1) I can apply any other moisturizer over it? 2)use it on dry or damp skin? 3) How much time to wait for before applying the second cream over ketoconazole She is not responding now, went out of station.
