There are constant acne and acne marks on my face, leading to low confidence at work ( I am in a client facing role in B2B setup) I have replaced by facewash and started using doctor recommended face cream moisturizer and night cream, but still there are lot of acne on my forehead Can you kindly recommend anything?

Male/30 did circumcision in 2023 as i had phimosis my urologist advised to get circumcised but my glans are not healed it is still hypersensitive , recently i consulted dermatologist on first session i was prescribed with nevsoft cleansing lotion , dosetil 0.5% , hydroheal cream & primrose tablets for 10 days not even 1% healed , again on 2nd session i was prescribed with evertop ointment 2%, halovate & hydroheal still not even 1% healed , she said you dont have fungal infection its just your skin is damaged , there are cracks on penis head, very much dry skin , highly inflammed & red , couldnt bear to touch it turns red quickly due to which i suffer from premature ejaculation & my sex life is not so well coz of that. Please advise me i need to cure it before getting married.

I've a very dry skin in general. My father has a history of Psoriasis/eczema. I seem to face the same issue but on my penis head. I consulted various doctors but most of them treated it as a Yeast infection. Now I've an inflammation under my foreskin the part which connects the head to the foreskin. What are my options?
