About birthmark
I have this birthmark on my left thigh since childhood...my mother has it too..since few days i am feeling it has grown little bit(not sure if it actually is).. what happened was i was scrolling google to actually know that if every person has birthmark as my friend says she doesn't have one Suddenly google showed birthmark being related to cancer and i got scared seeing that then afterwards every time that thing was revolving in my head and i started checking my birthmark again and again..i dont know that because of fear i feel my birthmark is increasing or actually it is..i have severe health anxiety..every time i google about some thing..i think i have got some serious disease..at this point of time i am very scared and clueless..i don't know what to do ...can you please help me..is it normal birthmark?
