Presence of one tinea lesion measuring 5x3 cm on the stomach. Applying luliconazole is sufficient twice a day? Or should start itraconazole tablets? And if yes, for how long? No lesions present anywhere else on the body. Thanks

I have been diagnosed with scabies on 2nd Jan, it was on both the breast area, used 5% permethrin cream neck to toe 3 times, every week apart as instructed by my doctor, because I am a breastfeed mother.
