I’ve been monitoring a skin lesion that started as a small bump a few days ago. Initially, it was red, but over time, a greyish dry area has expanded within the biggest . The pain is minimal to none—only noticeable when walking, but not when sitting or resting. It's on my back shin and non itchy. I haven't been out of the house for about a year since I am preparing for an exam.

A greyish, dry-centered lesion on the shin thatâs slowly evolving could suggest a localized fungal infection, early dermatitis, or even a pressure-related skin change. Since itâs painless and non-itchy, it may not seem urgentâbut such lesions can persist or worsen subtly.
