Skin lesion on the chin
Hi, developed a overnight skin lesion on the chin as attached..no itchy, no burning sensation, pain only when pressed hard...no pus..please let me know if it is cold sore or bacterial infection or any other fungal..currently 30 weeks pregnant..so worried

Multiple/ cluster papule/ pustule - because pictures are not clear to diagnose properly
Detailed history and examination along with pictures are needed for further evaluation and management
depending on site and severity of condition treatment can be started accordingly
