  4. Small red bumps on skin. Last 2 days!

Small red bumps on skin
I have got red small bumps on some parts of my skin in upper body (not on legs). It's itchy whenever I touch them/ sometime acts just like mosquito bite and pains if I rub more just like a mosquito bite.its been there since last 2 days
