Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I occasionally have pimples only  on my back filled with puzz. And it won't go all of a sudden and some times it get burst and spread on the other part as well. And I won't have neither junk nor oily food. So why am I getting this every time, is it because of dust polution or some thing elese.

A week ago I fell from stairs and got minor scars on my finger knuckles . I applied neospirin to prevent infection . I have attached a picture , please tell if it's healing properly .IS IT GOING TO LEAVE A SCAR ? How should I prevent scarring . Suggest any ointment or cream

I had a bald patch in my beard for which doctor recommended me to apply 5% minoxidil solution twice daily followed by an tacrolimus ointment 15 mins later along with taking biokaz tablet once at night daily.  I have being doing so for 1.5 months now and i notice some white hair coming back. Unfortunately I can't contact my doctor as I have travelled back to Germany where I live and work and it will take time to meet another skin doctor here immediately. So I am worried and not sure how long I need to continue this routine for. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello doctors.. Actually I had hip core decompression with stemcell surgery on 10tn month 2024 year.. after that my docter told full bed rest for 90 days... At my rest time even I didn't do my bath... Just i clean with wet cloth or wet wipes.. now I am doing bath everyday from January 1st 2025... So now I am suffering with psoriasis on my head it's also know as scalp psoriasis... Now from past 4days I saw on my stomach area  left side and right side came that like.. is it psoriasis or any other plz let me know docter... If I rub on that place Small pichi of like dust particals is fall on my hand... Plz let me know docters thanks

My hair is falling very much, post delivery of my baby it has increased a lot. It's been 7 months

Few days back developed a sort of rash which looks like little bumps not necessarily red but very itchy. The bumps come randomly and go in sometime. Then come back again at night. Mainly on the buttocks and slightly on the side above the waist. Any suggestions on why this would be happening? Aloe Vera and lacto calamine have been tried but the bumps don't go away.

I recently got bald after I got pesorisis scalp condition after cutting all hairs i found white marks which I was unable to remove after shampoo making me wear a cap, and the redness because of itching is taking too long to go, I will be consulting a doc soon but I need some suggestions which shampoo would be best to reduce the white patches/flakes and itchiness which comes on the scalp I even noticed that even though I anyhow remove it by maintaining and caring the next day or 2 days latter I have those flakes again I'm kinda confused please guide in this
