Your symptoms—night-time itching, tiny blisters on typical areas, and new lesions appearing—do suggest scabies or a similar parasitic/dermatitic condition. Even after treatment, itching can persist for weeks due to post-scabetic hypersensitivity or incomplete clearance. New blisters may indicate reinfestation or a secondary condition like dermatitis or a viral eruption. Reviewing your blood reports and examining the lesions would help clarify the cause and guide the next steps. I recommend an online consult to assess your reports and skin pattern properly for targeted treatment.
