Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have acne problem. my skin is oily and i consulted with many doctors but i haven't found the permanent results from acne..i have tried so many products also but nothing is work on my skin for long time..after few days it will become worst than before. I am feeling depressed.

He was prescribed Mintop5% for hereditary balding. As it is not as effective, can he up it to Mintop 10% ?!

I am having hairfall and subclinical hypothyroidism I am taking thyroid medicines I have consulted a dermat he told me I have tellogen hairfall as well my vitamins levels are low so I am taking supplements but I feel pain in my scalp when I sleep at night it feels my hair is pulling and then pains a particular spot more when I touch my scalp it feels a bit pain can someone please tell me why I have scalp pain and can it cause hairfall and how can I cure it

Hi I have recently noticed that my neck is getting darker. what may be the reason for this. will it go after some time or do I need to see a doctor for this?
