Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother has a reddish swelling around her right hand thumbnail. it was only a little before but now since a month or so it has increased and her nail has also grown very weirdly since that. I think it has also spread to her index finger lately because when I saw it today, it too had a little swelling which looked the same. She has been doing warm compression to it twice a day and applying a gel called Silverex, under the advice of my aunt who used to be a doctor.

I have a ringworm eczema and itching skin problem on my Thighs and around the private parts. And on my belly. And this is increasing day by day. Please tell me medicine.

I'm a 21 year old girl . Since two weeks my hair is falling out alot . Especially during hair wash and while combing. This problem started all of a sudden. I'm very scared as my hair has lost it's volume and thickness within 2 weeks. Why am I having excessive hairfall all of a sudden? What might be causing it? My hair scalp is clean I don't have dandruff and lice on my hair I use head &shoulder shampoo. My hair scalp started to itch frequently it's been 3 days. There is a pimple-like lump tiny 1 or 2 but overall my hair scalp is itching whole. I don't have any food allergy as per now recently I had crab so would that be a reason?
