Can I use this serum on the days I do not wash my hair ? do I need to wash my hair before I use mintop 5% at night ?

I have suffering from ringworms from past one and half months. Earlier it developed in back of thighs in folds near hips in both legs. As I couldn't see what it was I thought some this must be a bug bite. Later on after few days it spread in back of thighs completely and then in side of thighs also. I used ring cutter and b tex both..but it didn't stop. I have consulted a homeopathic doctor but nothing helped.
