I have tellogen hairfall followed with vitamin deficiencies and thyroid I am Taking vitamin supplements and thyronum 25 mcg my hair is falling out please give me some advice to prevent My hairball and also which shampoo should I use

Can I use anaphase shampoo to prevent hairfall for Telogen hairfall I have deficiencies as well ND I m taking supplements as well my dermal told me its telogen haiefall

For the past three months, I have been having excessive hairfall. More than 100 strands of hair falls per day. I can literally see my scalp now. Infact, for past 6 months , I've totally avoided outside food. I've frequently changed shampoos as well.

I am suffering from huge hair loss and I don't know how to manage with it. Can you suggest any kit or prescription/ suppliment or something else it will be really help ful. I have developed 3 small swollen lymph nodes in groin after jock itch. Is this worrisome? I have no other symptoms

I have always had acne breakouts from teenage but recently in 6 months they have gone worst. I have acne probe oily skin. Earlier i use to have one big acbe breakout in a month which sometimes use to accompany and ingrown. But recently the frequency has increased with combination of acne with pimples. Also dark spots left after acne are leaving big marks. Its on my cheeks and in chin area.
