Hello doctor, I have this infection on my left foot which started small but now I think its spreading.. I feel crazy itching there.. And its become very dry(image is attached). I had consulted my regular physician he gave me this cream 'sofinox'.. It was effective initially for few days but now when I apply that cream its itching more.. Sometimes littles puss comes out.. Can you please recommend me good medication, Thank you.

How do I get rid of pus on my infected finger? Its been three months its appears in my finger by own. I take Almox 500 and use Cipladin. But its not working. Kindly suggest some medicine to heal this.
