Dear Doctor, I have been facing the issue with small white blackheads like lesions( probably milia) all over my face from 3 years especially under the eyes, over eyelids, on cheeks and chin. I have used several home remedies, steam scrub etc. Nevertheless it turns out to be of no use.  Although,when I started using active products for the treatment like retinols, AHA and BHA, it definately has improved my textural irregularities. My skin can withstand BHA and AHA without any irritation. I have been using Paula's choice 2% BHA for five months and it really helped to made their appearance small in size. But still the problem still persists. I am thinking to try the ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution. Now I'm not using retinoids.Will it help out? Is it safe?

Currently i am under treatment of HD with daily dapsone 100mg ofloxacine400mg minocycline 65mg and rifampin 600 once monthly. It's been 12 days since treatment has been started. Since last two days I am having itching in whole body and once I itch rash occurs and subsides in 2-3 hours. But itching is still there. Today after 12 days of starting treatment my hemoglobin level is 10.4. need suggestions. Is it because of dapsone?
