Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My itching getting worse by night to early morning. Lot of itches started start from hand and leg in evening 7 to 9 pm. And then neck in 10 pm. Again itching starts in head in late night. I used alovera gel, lacto calamine lotion and coconut oil to get relief for all relief is only for short time. I also uses moisturizer cream but still itching started. I took bandy plus alegra atrax for 3 days still no relief. When i left medicine again itching started on next day.

My wife urticaria since 7 years and she has been talking cipla oraket and since 10 months taking auyrvedic musician She get red patch and itching Do you suggest when it will solve this Attached problem photos. Allergy level in blood count 1050

Several round patches of less than 1 inch dia for last few months have light itching but not always.  color reddish. No blister no fluid.

Hello, i am suffering from severe hair loss from last 6 months. If i do headbath today, my scalp is itchy and starts getting bad smell from next day itself. After doing headbath today , i observed that my hairfall and itching is increasing day by day till my next headbath. i dont see any dandruff flakes but scalp smells too bad. I do headbath alternate days still problem persists. Please help me what is the root cause of my hairfall and bad smell. I want to know is it fungal infection or dandruff or alopicia .Please explain me and suggest me what should i do.
